I know this is a strange question but I've always wondered, I always see people doing their characters in greyscale first then I see it in colour. Do you do it all over again in colour after doing it in greyscale or some other way? I never got going to the effort of colouring it twice if you get me. I see it in Imagine FX all the time. I'm doing a games design course and people on my course do it but I feel daft asking. (Nice drawing, I always kinda prefer development sheets to the finished product.)

Can you link me some good tutorial ?

I saw the colored version and it looks great ... still I dont really understand how did you make the colors in multiply and overlay layers ..can you help somehow with that ?

No I just wanted to compare. See my work is kinda simple but still takes hours to make. This art (seems) really complicated so I just wanted to know approximately how long it takes to make something as complex as this.
