By the way, a *really* minor critique, but you don't necessarily want your bats spaced so evenly on the page, or it'll start to look like you did that intentionally (and there's a reason, like I dunno, he's got a "bat barrier" like some Mega Man boss). But still, the bats immediately add a lot to his uniqueness in terms of concept and silhouette.
