I am a big fan of that creature he looks really cool and damn aggressive, wicked touch with the human heads in one hand and all the battle damage he has. I love the weapon too, its a very old style Japanese weapon if I am correct? Wonderful work on the tusked teeth and the horns as well, the clothing is simply wicked and I love his big belly 
Nice to see fat strength rather than being super muscler.
