Voice Acting for Faulty Apprentice HELP!

Faulty Apprentice is getting to the point where I need Voice Actresses! But before I start approaching people, I need to learn more about Voice Acting. 

I have NO IDEA what is involved with voice acting as far as rates and process. If anyone knows a voice actress or you are one yourself let me know and you are familiar with the industry, please give me advice. 

What I need from Deviantart community: 
Information and advice. Again, this is my first time so any information regarding the process, rates, recording, or anything really would be greatly appreciated. 

What I need from Voice Actresses:
Your sweet golden voice!! Well in time, but for now, your contact info, samples of your voice, rates, breakdown of your process. 

Voice Acting style for FA:
Faulty Apprentice is a Comedic Adventure Dating Sim with a heavy RPG influence. Think the anime Prison School mixed with Fate Stay Night. Will probably start Persona/Lego style with a few generic expression sounds like: Greeting, sigh, laugh, surprised, angy, etc... But I would LOVE to get full dialog readings!

Again, I know nothing about how voice acting works, any info or advice you can give is much appreciated!
